    Thanks so much, that was an awesome 7 days of interesting, informative information!! So many ideas to improve recovery. Will definitely watch out for next years seminar too.

    How did I miss this back then @SoldierCrab ??   Great info in there - from cording to food, to exercise, to reconstruction, sexual health and way more .... just brilliant!  

    I've saved every 'day' as a PDF to a 'Summit' Folder - so it still has all the links attached just in case this info isn't available for much longer.  It said somewhere that yesterday was the last day for 'viewing' ..... but still there today!
