Plan B conference, where are you staying?

Hi,
Has anyone else booked accommodation for the conference in August? My eyes are glazing over trying to decide where to stay. Accor hotels have discount rates and Crown has 'special' deals as well. I laughed and laughed..as if. Never mind.
My usual cheap and cheerful is a bit out of the way and a couple of other places I stay have no parking. Suggestions?

Not sure where the conference is but CWA just outside of the city do accommodation if you're looking for cheap and cheerful (well, it was last time I looked)0

The conference is at Olympic Park and the Field of Woman is at the MCG. BCNA and my old mates Cancer Oz are subbing part of my stay through a bursary so I can do something a little better than I used to settle for when I'd be down there on library business. It would be nice to know where anyone else who is travelling will be staying.0

It was tolerable and painless. Couldn't ask more. But shortly to bed for me I think.1
