    @Milly21 for asking such a good question. I've just had my second anniversary of my diagnosis (at the age of 40). Had right breast mastectomy, ancillary clearance, chemo, radiation and Herceptin. Like @Summerhill38 I think a group where long-term thrivers can post their stories is a great idea.

    My aunt was diagnosed at 57, had surgery, chemo and is still going strong at 72. Very good friend diagnosed at 39, powering along at 60. Her sister diagnosed 14 years ago, had mets later but going really well on regular Herceptin and is fit and well. Friends wife diagnosed 10 years ago incl mets, still going strong now. 

    I am still going through chemo and am yet to have surgery and radio but all is going well and these people give me lots of positives!
