    Great advice from you and beautiful artwork! I am going to keep your phrase 'spot fires' in my mind. I can see them being blown out by a firey! Great image.  If you need to hobble, I saw some lovely artwork on a collapsible cane recently. I think it might be fashionable to have one for meandering around a park...I just want one as an accessory! xxx
