    Hi Clemmis.  Speak to your general practitioner. I am sure they will be able to recommend someone qualified in your area.  Sleep is so important and so distressing when it evades us.  Good luck.  xx

    Clemmis, you have had a lot to deal with.  Breast Cancer is a journey that only other sufferers understand.  That is why this site is so good.  Don't worry, there are answers.  Your answer may be different to someone elses'.  It is all about what suits you but you do have options.  Our personal intimate relationships are so imporant and figure highly in our personal happiness which is paramount in slaying the dragon.  Good luck.  Feel free to talk anytime....
