A big hello to everyone. It's the Friday update again and I have a good one for you all this week as we head into the festive season.

CARMAN’S Women’s Fun Run is this Sunday. Young Claudia is ready to run in her 4th fun run with this year taking on a new meaning after her aunt was diagnosed in Feb. To Kat, Lee, Lynda @cate64 and everyone participating in the event this weekend, we wish you all the best!



Hahndorf (SA) Information Forum, Thursday 8th December. With sessions for early breast cancer and people living with metastatic breast cancer, the program features the latest information and advice from breast cancer and health experts, as well as inspiration from Olympian and breast cancer survivor Raelene Boyle. exciting new Inspired Adventure has just launched and we are trekking the East
Coast of Tasmania! BCNA’s Tassie Trek will see you admire the striking colours
of the Bay of Fires, walk the white sands of Wineglass Bay and discover Port

Christmas
is looking Absolutely Fabulous! In honour of the AB Fab DVD launch and thanks to 20th Century Fox home entertainment we have the limited edition AB Fab t-shirts. They have been designed by Freya Edmondson one of Ab Fab’s designers from the movie. If you would like to order an Ab Fab limited edition t-shirt simply email beacon@bcna.org.au with your name and number and we will be in touch straight away. All it takes is a little donation to BCNA and your very fabulous t-shirt will be on its way!
Every social media post featuring #abfabdvd, #abfabxmas $100 will be donated to BCNA.

Making big changes to eating habits can be difficult. You are more likely to make long term, lasting changes if you make small, gradual changes to your current habits. One gradual way is by swapping some of your everyday choices with a healthier alternative. For example, swapping white rice for brown rice, white bread for wholemeal, or salt for herbs and spices. These simple changes can make a huge difference to your daily nutritional intake. For a whole list of smart swaps.
