The July Support Group meeting was held at Judith's. We we had Collette and Heather visiting from the School of Psychology at Griffith University.
Collette is currently researching "Diet and Exercise Behaviour among Women diagnosed with Breast Cancer". Let me know if you would like a paper version or they can be done on line. The format looks interesting. http://tinyurl.com/GUhealthbehBC is the link.

The subject of stress, managing stress especially when it is other peoples stress that it impacts on you came up. Tricia Mccormick has offered to come to the next meeting. The subject is"Cutting The Ties That Bind" and Tricia will look at strategies that may help.
The meeting will be on Monday 2nd August at the Murwillumbah Bowls Club as a trial as a ongoing venue if it works out.

There is a "Women's Wellness Day" being arranged for August 14th. If intersted contact Lianne.

The next Sunshine Day is September 11th.
