Hi Emmy, fruit tingles help with that taste problem. I had a very metallic taste in my mouth after docetaxel, and found that the fruit tingles helped to take that taste away. Also used plastic cutlery, and that helped too. Warm wishes, Trace ????

Pam, you're not being rude. I've actually been drinking much better the last 36 hours, but will continue to make myself drink even when I don't want to

Oh my goodness Lymnn
You wont' believe this, I too ended up in hospital this Tuesday afternoon with 38.5. I have only just gotten back home now, What a bugger of a chemo this one is. Sorry for the language. All I can say is it better be killing the little ******** How are you now

Yes that tast is just disgusting, and as for the water Yes I struggle with even drinking water which normally is never a problem. I am feeling much better now, and when I reflect it was as much the intense horrendous itch from the rash that was making me feel so awful. (I finally got a script for that which worked better than anything else I had tried. I can't think of the name but will find and post it if someone is having the same trouble)
I so hope everyone is hanging on in there. Just one day at a time Just one day at a time:)
