Happy Anniversary to me
Well 12 months have passed since my official diagnosis... In reality it was probably a couple of months of lead up too with scans, mammograms, biopsies and lumpectomy all happening prior. It seems like so much longer though...
So much has changed - I have changed, but there is so much to look forward to that it is worth celebrating...
cheers to all
Chris xx

Hi chris, it was my 12 month anniversary the other day too! You are so right. Much has changed but yes so much to look forward to. At the beginning you wonder how you will ever get through (for me surgery, chemo, radio, herceptin and rehab.) but you do. Congratulations on reaching such a milestone! We are the lucky ones. Good luck moving forward. Karen xox

Congratulations Chris, and Karen,
That first 12 months anniversary is such a big milestone! After we have taken one step at a time for so long, it's so good to realise that we have reached a 'new normal' and can plan ahead again without so many appointments. Hope you are treating yourselves to something especially nice to celebrate! Here's to the next 12 months! xxx Michelle
