Hi all

Firstly, I love the look and feel of the new website, it's fresh and clean and modern.  As with anything new it takes us time to adjust to a new way of doing things.

Having an IT  background and working in the industry for over 20 years I know the best laid plans don't always go smoothly...

This site is a lifeline for many people dealing with the challenges of BC and we all need to pull together and be supportive to get over this bump in the road.

That's one thing we are all really good at

Please be patient I am confident things will get back on track soon

Regards

Chris

Well said Chris. Good to know that someone from an IT background is impressed.

Having a bit of a look around to try and get a feel for it.

Lost with the new site..I only use iPad and it's all too large, this comment box takes the full screen. Can't find any of my posts or groups and as I'm trying to organise an event in a group I'm almost ready to give up. I've worked in IT for years and my husband implements and teaches IT..maybe should have closed site for the revamp...a friend who is not a member was able to sign into our reconstruction site so I also have security issues. Hope this improves really soon and if anyone in 'SE QLD" group sees my post, please be patient, I'm trying to find it. Cheers

Hi SusanF, thankyou so much for your comment and feedback!

To find groups can follow this link and search for the group by the keyword, which will be 'south east QLD support':  http://www.bcna.org.au/online-network/groups

You can also find the groups that you are connected with by going into your profile, and selecting groups. You will see a list of the groups you are connect with here.

Similar to the old site, all private groups are private and membership is moderated. To help new members find out more about groups they would like to join, you will be able to read a description of the group before requesting to join.

Hope this helps, and please just get in touch - am happy to help :-)
