Mouth sore, tongue sore and nausea...any suggestions?

I am using nilstat, biotene, bi-carb and salt...some relief but open to any advice. Nausea - is wanting to stick around. I really donʻt want to take any more medication. Have focused on breathing, ...

5 years up this past September oncologist wants me to finish the scripts of anastrazole then stop. this last year has been "difficult" with side effects. Now I find I have mouth sores. tried betadine , didnt help
