Yes - it is the 'sisterhood' that is Breast Cancer - that is the glue that holds us together ..... that allows us to help each other to get thru the tough bits xx

Most of us would have our 'safe spots', where you can totally absorb yourself in the activity (or just doing. nothing at all!)  .... 

My safe spots often relate to water & fishing .... in my kayak ...

Yep ... it can be family, it can be work mates, it can be acquaintances .... 

Or a new puppy ..... a buddy who lost his partner to cancer in Jan has just got a Schnauzer puppy - and the joy on his face with his new companion is just wonderful to see.
