Panic attacks
Evening, i have just finished my 4th AC and this week going on to 12 weekly taxols. during my ac I would have a week feeling really off physicaly and emotionally but would pick up the following week...

I have to get out of my own head I think...just so scared I’m not going to be around to see my kids grow up... I need to try and focus on the now but sometimes I just can’t control these feeling of dread xx
