Is that right? Did you really say that?

I'm trying to understand that many people have no idea what happens during chemotherapy - even those in my "circle" to whom I explained it earlier on - but I'm SO tired of people asking in emails or calls or face-to-face: "Are you starting to feel better?" - as though each week of chemo is getting me "back to normal". And I'm not even half-way through yet!
