Is there a 24 hour helpline that I can call, desperate need to talk to someone?

Great that you have asked the community for help. Is there anything specific that is bothering you? Anything that myself or the online community members can help you with?
The information that @iserbrown has provided is correct and I posted it today in our Friday update. I contacted Cancer Council today and their helpline is unfortunately closed on public holidays and weekends, so all of Easter.
If you are worried or feeling anxious, BeyondBlue can be of assistance, they are available 24/7.

There is also lifeline which is available 24/7, they may be able to help immediately with someone to talk to.
