Nice one

Cooling rain has cleared the air
Wind in brisk blusters

A step toward to the light
Knock it out from under
Shake off the dust and head forward.

Pathetic attempt but after a day of overestimating my abilities on Day 4 & 5 of AC

Ripple effects manifest
A mammogram done
Called back, a thickening

The world outside keeps moving
Who is this person
Wearing my skin but not me?

The vice like grip of bone ache
Day five of chemo
Last time, never again, please
