Can anyone suggest something to help with the sweats? I had them throughout chemo and they are worse now I'm on Letrozole. Literally drowning in sweat the minute I get out the house and start walking - even though it's freezing in Melbourne right now! Don't get them at night, just when doing any kind of physical activity, however gentle.

I love my hair ultra short and I'm keeping it this way for the foreseeable future. I'm looking forward to having summer with no hair on my neck!I was bald last summer but wore a cap all the time outside the house of course so was a bit itchy & sweaty.And hasn't the sun started to have a little bit of bite in it? I met @"Annie C" in Town for lunch today and snapped this shot. Melbourne looking very pretty in the sunshine.

I think you should see your GP about the sweats. There can be a number of causes, eg low blood sugar, and maybe you can do something about it. No suffering in silence! K xox

I was literally halfway out the door when he called me back.Are your sweats accompanied by a hot flush? Or are they sweat alone, a flop sweat?

Hi @JenniA, I chose one based on my existing style, short and blonde. It is an artificial hair wig but based on comments it looks real. Cost under $300, all of which I got back from Think Pink and my hospital, which has a special wig fund. I will try and post a pic..

@kmakm, no they are just sweats, not flushes. I do get a mild flush or two in the evening but not with a sweat, just feel suddenly hot and I take off my indoor cap and maybe a layer of clothing and it passes.
Don't think my internal thermostat knows if it's winter or summer these days!

Funnily enough, I got night sweats during perimenopause but never hot flushes. Now it's the opposite.

@Sister, and @kmakm - I am so glad to know others have similar and are aware of the difference. My oncologist and I went back and forth a number of times with him insisting they are hot flushes and me insisting they are sweats!!

Thanks @kmakm, I promise I will. I'm going to put it on my list for my next oncology check in. Also he and I are going to have it out regarding the difference between sweats and flushes!
