Can anyone suggest something to help with the sweats? I had them throughout chemo and they are worse now I'm on Letrozole. Literally drowning in sweat the minute I get out the house and start walking ...

@Vangirl I bought the earrings in Kolkata! Bargained hard but the guy wouldn't budge. I was literally halfway out the door when he called me back.
Are your sweats accompanied by a hot flush? Or are they sweat alone, a flop sweat?
