Looking for IVF specialist who knows menopause/tamoxifen

Hello! First time poster here. I was diagnosed with triple positive BC in 2022. We welcome our first baby born via surrogacy in 2023 but have one more embryo that I’m going to transfer myself because I’ve had 2.5 years on tamoxifen and no sight of reoccurrence. My Oncologist said okay yesterday! 

I am hoping to find an IVF specialist in Australia- preferably Bris that has dealt with my situation before - medical menopause and 2.5 years tamoxifen. 
Has anyone heard of a doctor like this?

I’m happy to do Telehealth. My current doctor is Tiana Ernst at City Fertility Brisbane (where our embryo is) who is lovely but want to be sure I research for our best chance. Thank you!

    Well done on getting the all clear to go ahead with the pregnancy - and Congratulations on your first baby & wishing all the best for the next one xx

    That is a tricky one ..... I think you should really discuss it fully with Dr Ernst first as she is familiar with your story .....  and then do further research after that discussion.  

    Record your Appointments, so you can go over it again later, as it is easy to 'miss things' otherwise.

    Maybe your Breast Care Nurse could do some research for you?   

    Are you able to contact the Surgeon who did the first Surrogacy transfer for your first child?  Was it Dr Ernst?

      That sounds like a good idea, go start with Dr Ernst and go from there. She has never personally been my doctor as my doctor retired and Dr Ernst took over her patients but yes she would have my history. And yes great idea on nurse, she’s been so supportive too and is going to do some asking around too. And I will definitely take notes!
