Which MooGoo did you use?

Have you tried Bepanthem Soothing cream. ( blue box) You can purchase it in supermarkets in the baby isle.
I found that it took out the heat and redness quite quickly, it will probably help with the itchiness.
Most likely itching as you are starting to peel.

If you use Bepanthem soothing cream make sure you put a dressing over it as it is very greasy.
I was shown by the breast nurse to apply it onto your skin thick ( like you’re icing a cake) with a wooden spatula stick. I was doing that morning and night.

Hi @Caz1, I’m sorry to hear the OOOW! I haven’t got to your stage yet but I’m expecting to! We maybe don’t post when things turn from the hopeful to the hurtful but it is good to do that so others can understand the processes, treatments suggested and possible outcomes better and also we can get support!! OOOOOOOOWWWW ! I finished my rads on Tuesday......I’m extremely sore and hot  and itchy, kept me awake last night..... :'(  I’m feeling miserable  :/

I’m using solugel &dressings and dermeze from the nurses. Also Panadol and Zyrtec for the itch. I was told this will take 10 -14 days to heal !

I just purchased the Moogoo  Udder cream today and got my tats. Start rad on Monday 16th for 5 weeks. fingers crossed!

Forgot to mention,We have a drive through Chemist here,Have noticed it’s a lot busier lately 😂

I’m so pleased to hear ,Its was also really good for the constant itchy nipple I kept getting for weeks after radiation .😂 The only area I had a slight issue with was under the arm ,apparently common due to friction .Keep an eye on it

Big shoutout and thanks to @Girlzrule , the Calendula cream is wonderful! It feels so nice and soothing when I put it on. 
I’m alternating it with Moogoo and dermaid.

Yes,  they were fine with me using it and all the nurses ,commented and came to look at how well my skin tolerated the treatment.I bought the Martin and Pleasance one from Chemist warehouse .The tube of cream is easier to spread than the jar.Cost around $14.I have recommended to a few people who have all had really positive outcomes.I also used Solosite wound gel straight after radiation ,The combination was awesome and I could tell which one my skin needed 
Google Calendula and radiation ,the right skin regime will make all the difference .

@Girlzrule that sounds really good  :) Did the rad staff give you an ok for that? I’m a bit paranoid about using the wrong thing!
