Starting chemotherapy next Wednesday

Hello, I finished five months chemo in January. I don’t think you are supposed to dye your hair while you are having chemo. For me the best thing was walking my dogs every day, keeping active made me feel so much better, and it is supposed to relieve symptoms which I believe it did.
@kezmusc is an expert on hair/ cold capping. The cancer council have got a great little book called nutrition and cancer. Have a look at your hospital and or onco’s rooms for one. Great ideas for snacks in there.
