Hi @Berchel14, sorry to hear you have to go the chemo route but here are a few tips, I just finished 20 weeks of it.
Drink fluids of any kind as much as you can, Water, Cordial, tea, soups, broth, milk, yoghurt etc all add up. Mix it up to prevent feeling like a goldfish, reduce or avoid coffee which can dehydrate, ask your Onco about alcohol -I avoided it myself.
Try to be active as you can within your own limits and rest as required/able. It’s not a sprint it’s a marathon and I found chemo fatigue a major challenge both mental and physical. Do what you can. These are different times temporarily and need different strategies. Don’t compare yourself with others.
Try to focus on one thing everyday that you will feel good about, how ever small.
Do important stuff when you feel ok and then if you crash out it’s not a crisis.
