Hair Growing Back
Hi All,
I am on my last paclitaxel chemo next week and staring to look beyond the chemo bad ass.
I am just completing 8 courses of dose dense chemo - 4 xAC, 4x Paclitaxel and am wondering how long it took for others to grow their hair back. I know this is assuming it has grown back sufficiently, as some women are unlucky with hair regrowth.
Just hoping you can share you experiences of when your hair grew back enough to actually feel like you had enough to do something with and any changes in your hair regrowth from before chemo.

Oh there's grey in there, just not too much. It's one in the win column in my genetic lottery. Going grey later rather sooner. - @JJ70 if the brows disappear much more I’ll be fully drawing then in.
@kmakm looks good and u have no grey - I’m full of it!! - Just had my first haircut since chemo! First one since Thursday 4th January, if you don't count the final hair removal buzz cut. It feels like a real milestone, a tiny assertion of control.
I'm keeping it short for now, so the hairdresser neatened and textured it. She added a bit of 'product' for fun, so I'm a wee bit spiky. And very kindly she charged me the men's price.
I'm feeling ever so slightly punk, and way cooler that I ought to for a 52yo! B) - Steph I found my eyebrow pencil invaluable!
- Just had to go get an eyebrow pencil to fill in my sparse brows and had to get the girl to show me how to do it!! Treated myself to a couple of new lippies. On the upside my bald patches are growing so fast I might actually be able to go and get a haircut soon and ditch the hats and wig :)
- @JJ70 My fingernail damage is growing out but what's coming behind is awfully ridged, horizontally.
