Just had my first haircut since chemo! First one since Thursday 4th January, if you don't count the final hair removal buzz cut. It feels like a real milestone, a tiny assertion of control.
I'm keeping it short for now, so the hairdresser neatened and textured it. She added a bit of 'product' for fun, so I'm a wee bit spiky. And very kindly she charged me the men's price.
I'm feeling ever so slightly punk, and way cooler that I ought to for a 52yo! B)
