Cold capping

Hi @Yango. I had TC and gave the cold cap a try. It didn't work well enough for me to persist with, however I believe that was because it was not fitted properly. Round the edges it worked very well. I understand that it's better if you have thicker, darker hair, but it seems anecdotal to me. I had the NUM say I should get good results but another nurse say no, it won't work. I say give it a go but make sure it's squashed right down on your scalp.
