When do the hand/finger/feet things generally kick in if they are going to?? Painted my nails dark to try and protect the nail beds so will see if that works. Feel a little foggy today and tired but still managing to carry on pretty much as normal. Just cooking a lentil, barley, vegetable soup. It will be good to be free of the horrible toxins - do u know how long they actually take to get out of the body and hen u finish??
