I am feeling so excited tob e part of The Field of Women this year. I will be standing with my husband, my BCNA social group along with a very close friend who is coming from Sydney.

My friend and I grew up together, our parents grew up together the story of our families is long and mingled, Cheryl has now been diagnosed with secondary BC, so for me its a mixture of happiness and saddness.

What an honour to be there also represnting others that have been given their wings.

Today I am off to buy pink hair spray, my blonde locks will turn pink for a day.

    it is such a special day, last year on Mothers Day I had just finished my chemo and waiting to recover enough to have my kidney removed. I missed out on really enjoying several special days, this year I intend to suck every bit of joy out of every minute.
