Hi Ladies, had my interview today and the journalist was just great. I gave a well deserved shout out to Bcna and all you lovely members who have helped me through the most difficult time in my life. I hope I got across the importance of support and how it's makes such a difference before, during and after surgery. Employers play a huge part in this and whilst I have been lucky, some women on this site haven't had such a positive experience with theirs, the smallest of things like not minding coming in 30mins late so you can get to an appointment, pick the kids up or just get to miss the traffic when you are starting to feel sore after a full day at work. I also talked about how the out of pocket expenses differ so greatly if you go private and how it can be an additional stress trying to navigate through all the bills. if just one woman or man reads the article and it prompts them to go Get checked or if just one employer takes note then I'll be a very happy person. night night all from a feeling good Tina xxxx

    It will be in the insurance news. I'm an insurance broker and the insurance news is distributed around Australia so I'm very excited :)
