Hi Tanya,
I have been so inspired by the women here who have travelled this journey ahead of me too. Take care of your self and have a great weekend.

Yay! You and I are almost half way through chemo. Who would have thought it would go so quickly. Good on you for having "indulgent weekends". That is fabulous, better than having a weekend in hospital I am sue.
Have a great time in Tassie and I look forward to seeing some photos.
Big hugs

Great to hear from you and doing well.
I have been following your progress. I am about 1 and a half session behind you so to see you doing well is encouraging. I am on day 10 now. Apart from 3 days of abdominal pain, I am doing ok.
Thanks for posting your progress.

I am so glad you are doing well Cis. The first week is definitely the worst from now till your next treatment hopefully you should feel a little better each day. My oncologist told me to carry on as normal as is possible which I thankfully am able to do now. Still have to have rest periods and I don't push myself past my limit. I think I have come to accept what has happened and the treatment that I have to have. It's not fun but it is doable Cis. I have noticed this round that I am not spending anywhere near as much time thinking about BC. Instead, I am enjoying the time I have to spend on my hobby and catching up with friends. Keeping my mind occupied helps.
I hope you have a good weekend and I look forward to following your progress as well.

Hey Joy
So wonderful to see such a positive and inspiring post. Well done.
Keep on keeping on and day at a time and hour at a time if and when you may need this.
Remember it is okay to have downers but as long as we bounce back to carry on with our travels.
You are doing great and luvly to hear so many others responding to your post are doing well too.
The road has many ups and downs with potholes along the way but if you can get by with a positive attitude, exercise where you can, eat and drink healthy and just cherish yourself. It is all about you at the moment girls.
Luv always to you and yours, Mich xoxoxoxoox

Hi Bearteggie
I am reading the info from BC nurse about my upcoming Chemo/Radio/Hormorne.......I am a bit panicking and worrying about the face all the effects might happened on me. While when I read your script, you are wonderful and so encourageable, feel it, face it.....handle it.
Truely I am very independent too, I hate things sitting there, but I'll fix it in the next minute. I might have to prepare - slow down, calm down, smile myself,
It's a right time just reading from you. Now is the period of "waiting" again, .... Meet the Onco, don't when to start, I want to booking "The King & I" from Showbiz, but hassle, Mmmmmm
Thank you for sharing this with us, I feel you right next to me.

The waiting for your treatment plan is very stressful but once you have it i place, you will feel a lot better. I hope you get to go to see "The King & I" . It is hard to plan anything when you don't know what appointments you are going to have to keep.
Thank you for your kind words and I am glad that I have encouraged you. Just take one day at a time and look after yourself and before you know you will have finished your treatment. I have only had two treatments and due for my next one next Thursday and I can't believe how quickly the time is going.
Take care for now.
