Thank you to the ladies at Dragons Abreast at Patterson Lakes Canoe Club who invited Leanne Marshall and myself along to their open day on Saturday 12th October.
It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect to be on the water!
Dragon boating is a great way to exercise for women affected by breast cancer or their supporters.
Remember.... regular exercise decreases recurrence rates of cancer!
