Hello all,

Thank you all for taking the time to share your  delicious recipes!  We had a really hard time picking a winner but we had to pick one!

The lucky winner is Pat's Beetroot, Parmesan and Cashew Dip.  It sounds delicious and we were slightly swayed by the fact that it was also pink!

Congratulations Pat!  And a big thank you all for generously sharing your favourite and tastiest recipes and also to KitchenAid for the donation of this wonderful prize.

    I saw you on tv last week-you spoke so well.I love the sound of your dip and it would be great for our "pink"functions.You are a well deserved winner!!
