Hello everyone,

I wanted you to be the first to know that registrations are now open for BCNA's Pink Sports Day event to be held on Mother’s Day weekend (11-12 May).

While some of you might remember the Pink Footy & Netball Day from previous years, this year we’re excited to be inviting every sporting code to get involved!

Participation in Pink Sports Day is free and gives clubs the opportunity to show their support for, and pay tribute to those in their local communities who have been affected by breast cancer.

Funds raised through clubs’ fundraising activities such as sausage sizzles, auctions and raffles will come directly to BCNA to help us continue our work supporting those affected by breast cancer.

Last year we had more than 900 clubs across Australia got involved with $350,000 raised!

SO....... if you're part of a local sporting club please encourage them to register for Pink Sports Day – it’s great fun, free to get involved, and for an important cause!

OR you might know of a club in your area which is taking part, why not give them a call? Many clubs will be thrilled to hear from local women who have experienced breast cancer and involve them in their planned activities.

  • To find out more about the day or to register your club visit our Pink Sports Day page [link will open up a new window]

Thanks
Tess
