Dear gals well we are here in Cape Town and all is well. We have met up with the queen slanders there are heaps of them here! Met some funny amazing inspiring woman. The reach for recovery volunteers are an inspiration to say the least. Africa is fantastic but so under resourced. Look at the Reach to Recovery 2013 Facebook page for updates. We have also a jo & Carly's African volunteering experience page for after r2r we visit Lesotho for our nurse volunteer gig.
