Support during these sad times
We'd like to acknowledge one of our members Tracey (also known as traxx65), who sadly passed away over the weekend. Tracey gave her time and energy to reach out to so many others through her involvement with BCNA and in particular through our online network.
We're thinking of you all in our online community as you support each other during sad times. As you will see reflected in MandaMoo's blog post, she shares her sadness of Tracey’s death but also shares her memories and kind words about the strength Tracey had. At times like this, it's worth remembering to take care of yourself. If you're finding things a bit tough, you can find support through sharing here in the online network, catching up with a friend, with other women in your support group - or whatever helps you. You can also talk to a nurse counsellor or seek some counselling through the Cancer Council's Helpline (13 11 20).
