Fundraising & Craft

Hi everyone

I'm a member of this group and also started another group called "Fundraising".

I'd like to invite you all to join the Fundraising group as well because I set this up for the primary purpose of throwing around ideas and organising some really good fundraising events for the BCNA.

I believe us crafty people are so creative that we can all brainstorm some ideas about what we could do.  

I do alot of craft myself - cake decorating, embroidery, cross stitch, card making, painting, sewing and I also write.

However I haven't had time yet (since I finished treatment) as I'm organising a huge fundraiser as a thank you for the Cancer Ward at the Public Hospital that treated me.  It is in November and I am currently trying to seek donations for raffles etc.

So I thought after this fundraiser is done, I would start getting some ideas together with the view to doing something next year.

I would love all of you to be a part of that.

I do hope you will join me and start talking about some things we could do in 2013 for BCNA.

    Thanks for that!  I'm hoping this group will prove fruitful down the track and be a leader in fundraising for BCNA.
