Smart phone app for organizing life?

Hello everyone - this is my first post, however, I have read many comments and am very grateful for your generosity in sharing your experiences.
I read about an excellent mobile app from Macmillan, UK. It claims to "help you keep track of things such as
your symptoms, your food intake, your appointments, your medication and
much more besides. It also suggests questions to ask your doctor".
Unfortunately I can't download this in Australia - seems to be restricted to the UK. I have looked at My Cancer Coach http://www.mycancercoachapp.org/ and Care Zone: https://carezone.com/home
Are there any apps that you have used and can recommend?
With thanks, Gavroche

Soldier Crab, thanks so much. I'll look into those.
It's such a shame that the Macmillan app, specifically designed for cancer patients, isn't available here. The other two I linked to above are US apps, also free.Cheers
