Hi ... Ive discovered , mindfullness , focusing o the present momennt and not allowing my mind to ruminate on the future , past .. there is only the present moment . Our minds tend to create fearful stories and we go further and further into these stories that we end up shit scared. we are not our thoughts , they are like clouds and the disappear, but we as humans identify with our thoughts and we think they are real ...you are not your thoughts.. imagine ur thoughts like leaves floating down a stream and watch them dissappear ..
