coping with bad day

Thank you for sharing your experiences and strategies for coping with bad days. I like the tree talking! I am a keen gardener and it is now six weeks since surgery so I have spent a lot of time out side this week which I am finding is becoming my zen space as I have not cried all week, the weeds however are not so happy. Not sure if I should be doing such physical work but it makes me feel "normal".

    Do what you need and what makes you feel good! Your body will let you know when to let up.
