Today's election

I have just voted. My local member was at the poling booth. I told her that I would vote for her if she could guarantee that if her party was elected they would have more metastatic breast care nurses in the first month as government.
She replied that she had done something about prostate cancer. She had also had some sort of scare.
That did not help me. I told her that I actually have metastatic breast cancer, I have not had a scare.
She couldn't help me.
I was very agitated.

My boys both voted based on who is going to provide the best help for us Cancer crew, it now is just a wait and see what happens at close of ballot ???
But just voting is agitating enough.0 -
Whoever gets voted in, keep sending them letters to their offices to remind them of what you want. If you have some friends also wanting the same thing, get them to send letters too. Perhaps you could contact the McGrath nurses and see if they can rally for funding for extra nurses too?1
