Hi Ladies,

Hope you are all well.

Was wondering how many of you experienced the lovely hot flushes after your chemo and for how long.

Been told by the doctor that I am in temporary menopause and hopefully it will go away.

I would just like to have a one night's sleep with out waking up 2 or 3 times in a sweat. It is now getting warmer making it worse.

A lady i used to work with used to say she was going on a tropical holiday every time she had a hot flush. I wish I would be going on a real tropical holiday instead.
