Has anyone had their breast cancer go to the bladder. I recently went to Dr for stomach pain /discomfort and after cat scan was told I have a 17mm lump in my bladder the dr has told me that this would not be causing the discomfort in my abdomen but of course now I am worried that it is cancer I don't think I'm strong enough to do this all again my breast cancer diagnosis was November  2012 my annual oncologist appointment is in a couple of weeks and we are stopping the letrazole then.. Any information on this would be appreciated immensely as I'm worried sick ..

I am SO Sorry to hear of the lump in the bladder ....

A friend is having treatment for bladder cancer & is doing well (but she didn't have BC beforehand.)  She has the odd uncomfortable procedure now & then - but has been stable for some years now.

I guess you can only go with what your health specialists recommend & wish you all the best xxx

Thank you arpie..I have since been for Dr's appointment after ultra sound 99% sure it is cancer..so I have booked a quick holiday to Vanuatu before my oncology appointment and resuming the roller coaster ride ... Dr tells me it will be a walk in the park after breast cancer treatment....fingers crossed ...

@Leni162 sorry to hear of your lump in your bladder. I know it's incredibly hard but there are other reasons apart from bladder cancer for lumps in the bladder. It may be a cyst. Why don't you try and bring your oncology appointment forward if you are stressing so that you can talk this through and get whatever tests done that are needed that much faster. It's so horrible to have to wait and the fretting is debilitating. Sending you big hugs lovely, hope you can move your appointment to much sooner. Xx

Thank you socoda we have done everything but the biopsy and things don't look too good but of course there is always the chance that they are wrong so fingers crossed ... it is not a cyst they said a TCC, transitional cel carcinoma with the oncology appointment I have to wait for my normal check up at the hospital that I had my breast cancer treatment at otherwise because of hospital catchment area I would get sent to a different hospital we have spoken to my oncology nurse and they are aware of my problem so just have to wait...the 5 days away will take my mind off it
