I should have said I knew of the lymphoedema risk and have managed it well with regular massage. I had my surgery in 2013 and 25 radiation sessions in 20141 -
Replying to Chelley59. Yes, certainly does “lift” the treated breast. I ended up looking very lopsided but didn’t return to my surgeon for 8 years. Not sure why, just had enough treatment I suppose. However, when I did go back the result was fabulous and I’m so happy I got it “fixed” , I looked normal in clothes again.0
