    Hi Sumi.  I too am triple positive. Invasive dc with 10cm dcis and node positive.   36 married two kids.  I have had breast sparing surgery but i had g cups.  Now a c cup.  My mum had ovarian and breast so i am having the gene test.  I am about to meet my onco for chemo herceptin hormone drugs and radiation and possible mastectomy.  I too am freaking out.  If you ever want to chat message me.  Triple positive is very unnerving.
