    Thank you@TraceyB it doesnt,where we are or what we are doing, its just wonderful. to take time out and reflect on all of those service men and women both past and present.

    My father was a POW on the Thai Burma railway for 3 years when he came home in 1945 his parents did not recognise him he was a bag of bones,  He died aged 78 of Pancreatic Cancer RIP

    Thanks for sharing Stork, how horrible that must have been for him and your family. War is a dreadful thing and they just keep happening. I really feel for the armed services staff and their families. So glad that your father recovered physically and got a good shot at life. Cuddles xxxx
