    At around 9:30PM on Sunday night I got a phone call telling me that on Saturday morning my granddad had died. I spent the 14th sobbing and hiding from the grief in sleep. Thank you for this thread @socoda, it has really helped lift my spirits today.

    Inkpetal I'm so sorry to hear about your Granddad's passing, he was obviously very very special to you. Condolences. Hoping that in your grief you can remember and celebrate all that made him so very special to you and treasure your precious memories of him. Xx
