Come and join us for lunch in the beautiful setting of the Japanese Gardens, East Gosford. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends, share gems of information, ask your questions, and enjoy great food together.
Our guest speaker will be Carol from the YWCA Encore program. She will be sharing why exercise is so important after breast surgery and how we can do it.
