Well done Karen, I also find exercise they key to my well being. Some days I find it hard to get up & get going but get up & get going I do & I am always glad I did afterwards.
I parkrun 5km every Sat & try to keep active during the week. Since Chemo I have also participated in Run Melbourne & am registered to compete in City2Sea next month AND ..... going to give the Gold Coast Marathon a crack next year...
Exercise is most definitely a key to my well being...
