We had a number of members take part in our very first Revitalise program with Fernwood last year. It was a great success and we can't wait to get the ball rolling in 2016 with the second 6 week program.

loving my new Fitbit Charge with heart rate monitor, I'm aiming for 10000 steps a day Which includes a half hour walk. The Fitbit easily tracks my walk and I ensure I'm in cardio zone for that time with a good elevated heart rate . I've just started chemo and it helps being active. My aim is to get out every day.
if you have been wondering about buying a Fitbit style device,i would highly recommend one
