Hello everyone,

A little short and sweet Friday update this week.

We have had over 40 new blog posts this week. A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Online Network whether that be offering support in commenting on posts (212 this week) or sharing your journey with us. Welcome to the 48 new members. I am sure you have been able to see just how wonderful the Online Network really is.  It's great to see members who have not been online for a while coming back to join us.  Everyone is going through or has been through different experiences and the more we share the more support is provided to our members.

Here is a quick snapshot from the week-

I wanted to leave you with a little picture of how the BCNA office is looking right now. I must admit we haven't played the CD yet :)

    I like the reindeer but David Hasselhoff, didn't know he could sing. Have a great weekend
