Made a coffee and sat in my garden (sanctuary) this morning - watched the flowers grow - so beautiful - went for a bike ride on the newly rained road - how much better does it get. Now I'll go to work and forget the last few months ever happened.   Hugs to all  RosG xx

    Sounds lovely, well done Ros. I must get out on my push bike soon, you are very motivating. What a woman, Trace ????????
